“Bottom-up” solidarity in the face of the "Coloniavirus"

Description
-
Conversation between Giovanni Roberto, Marissa Reyes, Fernando Tormos and Gustavo García, where they discuss the central importance of food sovereignty to any organized attempt at structural and “bottom-up” transformation of relationships, practices and political imaginaries in looking to reconstruct the social fabric within and against colonial capitalism. They establish the necessity of having a clear strategy for the creation of coherent and enduring alliances between different sectors of social movements and communities as a way to establish a “bottom-up” political praxis that allows for dealing with future crises, for a radical transformation of our society, and for the achievement of a dignified life founded upon social justice and a new ideal of “good living,” and which is ecologically sustainable for everyone.
