The Transdisciplinary Institute for Social Action Research (ITIAS) is a research center attached to the Department of Social Sciences and a key component of the Baccalaureate Program in Social Action Research (INAS) at the University of Puerto Rico-Humacao.

ITIAS engages in applied transdisciplinary research and service initiatives with communities, grassroots organizations, government institutions, and the private sector.
